| | | Who We Are... Jubilee consists of a 21 member Board of Directors; 25 Committees; several hundred Volunteers; a full-time, year-round staff of 1; and approximately 57+ Sponsors. Jubilee CityFest 2010 is funded by sponsorships, concessions, ticket sales, the City of Montgomery, and the State of Alabama. The Festival has a $5.5 million impact to the area, according to an economic study by Troy University in 2005.
